Cariloop helps families manage their loved ones' care needs by connecting them to an employer-sponsored, digitally-powered caregiver support platform, licensed coaches and robust backup care network.

What is Cariloop?
Cariloop is a comprehensive caregiving support solution that is both human powered as well as digitally enabled. We support all caregiver needs across pediatrics, childcare, including neurodiversity, education and tutoring, and adult and elder care, and end of life planning. Our approach is dualistic in nature where we pair our concierge support with our care coaches to support complex care journeys alongside a robust digital care portal for more of the administrative tasks pertaining to caregiving. Lastly, we do have our existing partnership with UrbanSitter to round out our offering to the market, which is our backup care network, thinking about more of the robust, traditional backup care of booking and fulfillment of nannies, tutors, in home care, those types of areas, to support the comprehensive caregiving journey.
How is Cariloop different?
Since our inception in 2012, our secret sauce has really been our coaches. We have led with a concierge first approach model and brought our technology portal alongside of it as the years have progressed. But for us, the coaches maintain a variety of diverse certifications, which allows us to be, you know, supporting depth and breadth across the nature of the employee's needs. They are full-time, W-2 employees, which really account for them from a maturity as well as a retention point of view, we do see a high, 96% retention rate with our coaches year over year, as well as our elevated service. You know, we are dedicated to KPIs and metrics, to our employees and our employers alike from member satisfaction to NPS as well as productivity and absenteeism savings. And the last piece of our social purpose, you know, as a caregiving organization, we are committed to reinvestment and sustainability efforts with our certified B-Corp and public benefits certifications that allow us to support our caregivers' needs, but also at the same time, live the mission that we're on.
Who is a good fit for Cariloop?
Caregiving is all around us. We generally say that Cariloop is industry and vertical agnostic. But you see across the screen here, across these numbers of large logos, we support everybody in the SMB space from 50 employees all the way up to through 210,000 employees. And for us, you know, when you think about flags or needs for caregivers, sandwich generation populations, so those folks in the 30 to 50 age demographic, heavy female populations, and when you think about more of the frontline workers or those people who can't have more of that nine to five access to support their caregiving journeys, we use our channel partners in Personify, Alight, Quantum and Prism, to really diversify our streams to reach employers and their caregivers alike. And we're happy to report over the last year, we've actually surpassed our 1 million covered members goal, and we're looking to build on that as we move into 2025.
