What is TouchCare?

So, TouchCare is a high-touch benefits concierge. We are there to partner with companies and HR teams to provide an enhanced member experience for their employees. We are there to help with everything from answering benefits questions, to full care navigation support, bill and claims reconciliation, and even things like prescription medication support, open enrollment, and leave of absence. Ultimately, we want to make sure everyone's lives is easier when they are navigating the complexities of the healthcare system.

How is TouchCare different?

So, TouchCare is different in a couple different ways. First and foremost, we are building custom teams of Health Assistants or what we call pods. Within those pods, you will have individuals with different levels of expertise to help out with the things that I mentioned before. You can go into our app. You can go into our member web portal to communicate with those individuals. You can also see things like your SBCs. You can schedule appointments with them, and you even have access to a benefits wallet. We also do phone, of course, but we like to consider ourselves the anti-call center because you're not getting bounced around to a bunch of different people, and you're not waiting on hold for long periods of time. You are always communicating with a single point of contact at TouchCare. What we will also do is help drive engagement throughout the year. So we are putting different strategies into place to make sure that people know us, use us, and come back to us so that they can get the most, not only out of TouchCare, but all of the benefits that are being offered by that company.

Who is a good fit for TouchCare?

So, really anyone that offers benefits is a good fit for TouchCare. We really like to play in that 100 to 50,000 space. However, we do have clients that are smaller, and we do have clients that are larger. We will also help support all different types of funding styles, so if you are fully insured, self-insured, or even alternative funding, like ICHRA or RBP plans. We are open to having those conversations, and we want to understand what your employees are going through and what HR teams are dealing with. At the end of the day, we want to make sure that we are dealing with the carriers, the providers, those HR teams, so that the members are just getting a more cohesive experience across the board when dealing with their benefits in the healthcare world at large.
