What is Signos?

Signos is a purpose-built system to tackle the obesity epidemic in the country. But just as importantly, metabolic disease, which underlies obesity. Eight out of ten of us have metabolic disease and don't know it. Two out of three of us are pre-diabetic and don't know it. Our personalized AI is built on top of a CGM, or continuous glucose monitor infrastructure, to show the user their lifestyle against their internal machine, or metabolism, in real time 24/7. And then layered with AI to guide micro behavioral change to outcomes that are similar to GLP-1 in terms of weight loss, but also all other benefits of right-sizing metabolism, at about 1/10th of the cost.

How is Signos different?

Signos is a new category of solution leveraging a real-time view of our own internal machine against our lifestyle. So historically, we asked people to change and fit into a program. This is bringing the solution directly to the individual without bias, showing them their body and their lifestyle. And then guiding them to better metabolic health, as well as weight loss. Signos was started six years ago and is directly integrated with Dexcom's backend. And has proved efficacy both for employers and carriers.

Who is a good fit for Signos?

Really, any population will have somewhere between 40 to 70 to 80% of that population who is either obese, battling pre-diabetes, type 2, et cetera. Signos covers all of those cohorts. We work in the government space, and we work in the blue collar space, we work in the white collar space. So, really any employer starting at around 300 to 500 employees is a great fit for Signos. Particularly if they're looking for a strategy around GLP-1, or frankly, a standalone solution to impact overall metabolic health and drive weight loss.
