What is BenEngage?
You know how members on complex, non-traditional health plans get confused sometimes? Like, "How do I use my reference-based pricing plan?" Or, "Why did I get this medical bill?" Or, "Where can I get my prescriptions filled?" Well, BenEngage provides member support for those complex health plans. Our services are typically purchased by benefits advisors or other health plan architects seeking specialized support for complex plans, or a concierge-style experience for their custom plans. Our Benefits Concierge Team, which are real humans based in the United States, helps members understand these benefit offerings, like finding care, resolving medical bills, and addressing reference-based pricing access issues. We like to say if it's in the benefits guide, we got answers. Our services also include full enrollment support and monthly educational outreach, which we think is very important to all the employees via email, phone, and text.
How is BenEngage different?
Our benefits specialists are real humans based across the United States, as I mentioned, in four time zones, available 12 hours a day every weekday. We excel at things like reference-based pricing, direct primary care integration, and untangling complex medical bills by working with the providers and insurance partners until there is resolution. Our benefits skills have been crafted and honed in-house by our Health Rosetta advisors, which I'm proud to be one of, hospitality industry professionals, and our call center veterans.
