FULL TRANSCRIPT:

What is Benefit Cloud?

An employee enrolls in benefits, then gets to the doctor's office and learns the carrier has no record of their coverage. Now HR and the broker are chasing a data problem while the employee waits for resolution. Benefit Cloud connects HR, payroll, and benefits administration systems with carriers, retirement providers, and other benefit vendors. We build and run the feeds that move eligibility, enrollment, and deduction data between them. We translate the data into each vendor's required format, validate it, and deliver it on schedule. The goal is to prevent that issue at the doctor's office from ever occurring. Feeds typically go live in 8 to 12 weeks, with no setup fees, and nothing is billed until the feed is live and validated.

How is Benefit Cloud different?

An integration isn't finished just because the first file went through. Someone still has to monitor it in perpetuity, work through discrepancies, and manage changes at open enrollment. That's all the work we take on after the initial build. We work with the systems you already use and pair our technology with an entirely US-based team that builds and runs your feeds. An early client of ours grew from 36 to over 120 active carrier feeds without adding headcount. Our portal shows every feed's status, schedule, and transmission history, so you can see exactly what was sent and when. For brokers, the client's HR system no longer has to limit the carriers you recommend or their ability to connect. For HR teams, it means knowing who's responsible when a feed needs attention.

Who is a good fit for Benefit Cloud?

We're a fit for payroll bureaus, PEOs, TPAs, brokers, and HR teams responsible for moving benefits data. Maybe you're adding client groups faster than your team can manage their feeds. Maybe you're recommending a carrier that doesn't connect with a client's HR system, or your staff is still exporting spreadsheets and chasing discrepancies, even with integrations in place. Bring us the feed causing the most headaches: the employer or client, the carrier or vendor, and the HR or payroll system. We'll walk through what it would take for us to take it from there and manage it.
