Nav.it - 3x3x3 Challenge with Heidi Horan
Nav.it is a financial health app revolutionizing employee well-being by reshaping how HR managers perceive the financial health of their workforce and their organizations.

What is Nav.it?
So, Nav.it is a financial health tool, designed to meet employees where they're at and help them tackle their stress head on. So we have transaction swipes, you can see visible on the screen, which just offer a fun and accessible method for categorizing your spending habits. We also have a built-in credit booster, which helps employees improve their credit in a short period of time. We, in addition to that, we also offer bite-sized financial learning modules, coupled with goal setting and budgeting tips. The best part about Nav.it though is that all of these resources are linked to a reward system and they allow employees to accumulate points, maintain streaks, and earn rewards.
How is Nav.it different?
Nav.it is a financial health tool, and we purposely use the word health because this truly is our key and important differentiator. We are the first financial platform to help people spend less, save more, and bridge that gap between mental and financial health. We do this by encouraging employees to engage in daily mindset reflections. So unlike traditional resources like you see on the screen, 401k, Financial Advisors or EAP services, that is not what we're talking about when we say financial health. We are not part of retirement planning or a sidecar to an EAP. We are bringing concrete, measurable data that helps employees and employers understand how financial stress affects their performance at work, personal relationships, and honestly just overall wellbeing.
Who is a good fit for Nav.it?
This is always tough. In situations like this, I'm always tempted to say everyone and you truly, anyone and everyone could benefit from this. But if I was sitting in a head of benefit seat, looking at all the vendors out there, I would consider Nav.it for organizations where employees are significantly financially stressed, tend to dip into their 401k or have a younger workforce. We, this year in particular, we've had a lot of success in the retail industry, so this is just a snippet of the case study from Veronica Beard.
