Customized employee wellbeing solutions that account for all of life's dimensions

What is WellSpark?
WellSpark delivers whole-person wellbeing support to thousands of employees across the US. From group and individual lifestyle coaching and chronic disease management to incentive programs, we have everything employers need to cultivate and promote a culture of wellbeing. And since no individual or company is the same, we specialize in not being one-size-fits-all. Our digital wellbeing platform gives employers the flexibility to create unique programming. Clients have options to build the digital experience that makes the most sense for their employees, using it as the entry point to access our live coaches and group programs, all focused on topics that are meaningful and culturally relevant. WellSpark solutions create a seamless experience, collaborating with employers, other vendors, and benefits to ensure that no individual falls through the cracks.
How is WellSpark different?
We know that employees face numerous challenges, physical, psychological, and social. That can become barriers to maintaining good health. They may lack a support system or have untreated mental health issues, maybe cultural differences or socioeconomic struggles. We work to understand people and provide solutions that address every dimension of someone's life. Seeing people as the sum of all of their experiences, we take the time to make connections between health, data, work, and personal experiences and then we meet people where they are with actions that are compatible to their unique individual circumstances. This life-dimensional approach, along with what I shared earlier about our focus on customization is what makes WellSpark different.
Who is a good fit for WellSpark?
Well, we know that the fastest way to drive results with wellbeing is to actually think outside of just HR, benefits, and total rewards teams. Change happens when culture and when leaders support healthy behavior. We work best with employers who understand this and are ready to move away from traditional, single-point wellness solutions and closer towards an organizational culture of wellbeing. We like to say that we go beyond water bottles and lip balm, partnering best with employers who are invested in driving behavior change that leads to better health. We consider these our enlightened leaders and what we know is that enlightened leaders are in even the smallest companies, making our solutions perfect for employers of any size. For us, it isn't about industry or company size. It's about readiness for something that goes beyond traditional single-point wellness solutions.
