What is Benefits Transformation Group?
As a broker or employer, you can implement a great benefits strategy, but you'll never see the full ROI unless employees really understand and appreciate their benefits. So I created our Benefits Microsite and communication service. It's a centralized branded benefits site that organizes everything employees need into one simple experience. Instead of benefits being scattered across SPDs, carrier portals, PDF guides, enrollment decks, we consolidate everything into one clean URL. Each site includes plan details, structured navigation, videos, downloadable resources, and even an AI assistant trained on the employer's own documents. Build time is typically three to four weeks, and it requires minimal involvement from HR or the broker.
How is Benefits Transformation Group different?
The industry standard approach is usually just to hand out the documents, have the open enrollment meeting, and assume people will get it. But access doesn't mean real understanding. Employees don't read all the documents they're given, and they don't remember everything that was said in open enrollment meetings. And so confusion continues, HR gets the same questions over and over again, and benefits go undervalued. What we build is communication infrastructure, a centralized experience that supports employees year round, not just during open enrollment. It turns benefits from a pile of documents into something intuitive and useful.
Who is a good fit for Benefits Transformation Group?
So it's a strong fit for employers with 50 to 500 employees who feel like their workforce doesn't truly understand benefits, are dealing with repetitive questions to HR, or who want to strengthen recruiting and retention, especially when they're implementing self-funding, cost containment strategies, or ICHRA models. For brokers, it's ideal if you want an edge beyond plan design and want to bring more tangible value to RFP conversations. The service typically runs between 5 and 10K annually, which allows us to be there to support employees year round. And it often even qualifies for carrier wellness or tech credits, which can significantly reduce the net cost. So the real question isn't whether benefits information exists for employees, it's whether employees actually understand and appreciate what their employer is paying for. If the answer is no, it's probably time for a transformation.
