What is Oberit?

Oberit is an app and eight week transformative program built on neuroscience to help people in and out of addiction recovery build better habits, improve their mental health, and change their long-term addictive behaviors through personalized coaching, educational guidance, community engagement, and a learn to earn system.

How is Oberit different?

Given the landscape of health plan members today, there is a crisis of preventable and high risk behaviors, such as addiction, poor diet, lack of exercise, and especially the burden of mental health. There are billions of dollars lost in absenteeism, turnover, and lost productivity. That's where Oberit comes in with its unique model. Users spend time in the program learning how to change their mindfulness and physical wellbeing through AI coaching, data science, and habit tracking. Results have shown people improving their family lives, recovery, and reducing health costs through simple steps. This all translates to a high ROI of 25 times for every preventable dollar spent. The uniqueness of this solution is the incentive-based programming, when members build healthier habits and reduce addictive behaviors and the application allows you to earn rewards through our Oberit coin system. So when a user earns their coins through daily actions, they can redeem them for exclusive discounts and giveaways within the partner marketplace. These partners align with the goals of the program and our users. We have a hundred plus partner brands in the market, ranging from fitness, nutrition, supplements, and medications to become a healthier you. It's a nice incentive to continue building a better mindset. Lastly, we have built out a revenue sharing program that can reward corporate wellness teams in achieving their goals and initiatives. This does include any benefits consultants that may be advisors on a plan. We're happy to share their wealth through this arrangement, if it means that we are building a better, healthier workplace.

Who is a good fit for Oberit?

Our focus is geared towards our progressive and like-minded benefits consultants and employer partners in the mid-market. We see tremendous value in smaller companies, mainly due to their progressive nature and need for innovation. Working with employers of this size, we have noticed two things. They want access to mental wellbeing programs that larger corporations already have, and they need guidance on how to implement and improve their overall wellness plan. We don't want to replace your current EAP or mental health strategy, we want to enhance it. And if we can earn some revenue along the way, it's just a bonus. The most important focus is that we want peers in the benefits world who advocate for improving the mental health of the workforce. They can reframe their thinking about ROI and behavioral economics, and lastly, they advocate against the stigma of mental health and addiction recovery in the workplace. We want compatible partners who understand community connection is what helps drive problem solving and improved outcomes and wellness.
