What is Sibly by Quarvis Health?
Quarvis Health is our corporate name for two newly-merged companies, HandsFree Health and Sibly. The product I'll be talking about today is our Sibly product. Sibly is an evidence-based mental health coaching. We offer immediate and unlimited 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week availability to human coaches to optimize access. The coaches are assisted by AI to help them be more efficient in providing resources and recommendations. This would include benefit navigation to the employer's benefits. We can include therapy sessions, as well as disruption response and recovery, to replace an EAP. Sibly is a text-based interaction, which makes the employee or member feel like their experience is more convenient, private, and confidential. They can download the app and be texting with their coach in two minutes. We offer four advocacy programs to help the underserved, and they would be for seniors, caregivers, veterans, and a newly added one for college students. The Sibly benefit will cover the employee or member, their spouse, children over the age of 18, as well as a parent and parent-in-law.
How is Sibly different?
I wanted to share a study with you that was done with one of our clients. It was over a two-year period and an independent third-party evaluated claims. It was then compared to a similar size group who did not offer the benefit. What stands out on how we are different is with the early intervention. Due to easy access, the cost avoidance was a 14% reduction. Most EAPs and similar benefits see single-digit engagement, where Sibly was 29%. Due to the coach's assistance and follow through, we saw a 61% referral rate where the employee or member linked to those benefits suggested to them by their coach. The client will see reporting that will provide insights on their employees' needs and what is working or not from the plan design. Lastly, the outcomes were very positive, with 92% of the users seeing improvement in their health and wellbeing.
Who is a good fit for Sibly?
As you can tell by the slide, there is a lot of companies and organizations that would be a really good fit. It's really for any company or organization who would like to differentiate themselves for their employees or members by offering a mental health coaching platform. The navigation can be customized to whatever the organization would like their members to know regarding the resources available to them. The pricing is very affordable. It's less than $2 per member, per month, and our advocacy programs for caregivers, seniors, veterans, and college students is less than $1 per member, per month.
