What is BeneBits?
In a nutshell, BeneBits videos that are not boring. Brokers kept telling us they want to offer more value at a reasonable price point and quickly, especially during fourth quarter. So we created two offerings. One, BeneBits Prebaked, a library of generic explainer videos that can be used for every client of a broker for a single subscription fee. And second, BeneBits Semi-Custom. These videos incorporate client-specific plan details and can be delivered within just two weeks. Our BeneBits videos help companies streamline open enrollment and new hire initiatives. They help eliminate questions by bringing clarity to how their benefits actually work, thus improving engagement levels and utilization.
How is BeneBits different?
First, our experience. Our customer service is fantastic. We work hard and have a lot of fun. We care about our relationships with our clients more than anything else. We know we wouldn't be here without them, and we like to show that gratitude as often as we can. Second, our content is engaging. What we hear from our clients is that our BeneBits videos are so fresh and so innovative. We'll hear things like, "I've never seen a video on qualifying life events explained so well", or "I never thought I would actually want to sit down and watch a video about HSAs until I saw yours". And third, we listen. We've molded BeneBits over the past four years to be the right solution for as many people as possible. We provide multiple sized offerings. So whether someone wants it to be specific to a client, or they just want to add a value to their client base, we have the solution. We're always calling our clients and asking them, "Hey, what's missing? What do we need?" And with that feedback, we're continually improving our offering.
Who is a good fit for BeneBits?
So we work with both brokers and employers. For brokers, we work with independent agencies, as well as top 10 firms. We like to think of ourselves as their background support team, helping them bring more value to their clients and more innovation when it comes to benefits communications. Brokers who want to offer more value and really differentiate themselves choose to partner with us. For employers, we work with companies all across the US. Clients range from 20 employees to 10,000. But what it really comes down to is the culture. We find that companies that truly care about their employees and want to improve retention rates are seeking out alternative ways to break through the noise and market their benefits in a way to win employees' attention.
