What is HOMELINK?
We are a national leader in ancillary care for group health and workers' compensation. For group health, this consists of a durable medical equipment and a home health network. It's a comprehensive mature network of 30 years. Vetted community-based providers supply members with DME and home healthcare. DME includes supplies like insulin pumps, CPAPs, walkers, wound vacs, customized wheelchairs, and more. It's a one-stop shop for all your medical supply needs. Home health is the delivery of PT, OT, and speech therapy, nursing, and infusion care in members' homes. Workers' compensation, in addition to our DME and home health network, it includes a full suite of services for claim adjusters with the continuum of care for injured workers.
How is HOMELINK different?
A number of different ways. One, our flexibility. We can be your exclusive partner where we manage your entire program, payer relations and contracting, eligibility, care navigation, and clean billing. We could be a traditional PPO and add to your existing network, and our services are offered as a bundle or it can be unbundled to meet a client's specific needs. Two, transparent pricing. We offer either a percentage of Medicare, a PEPM, or a capitated agreement. Three, our client and member centric focus. We're committed to delivering superior customer service for every member and client, ensuring that information is received in a timely fashion for a coordinated and efficient offering. From referral to delivery of care, our one point of contact will guide the member or injured worker to the services and care that they need and follow through to closure.
