What is LYLA?
Burnout is a real problem for pretty much everyone. LYLA is the anti-burnout benefit. LYLA is an easy to access platform for both web and mobile devices designed to help navigate complex life situations and provide a direct connection to simple solutions. Our technology leverages the benefits companies already provide for their employees, like mental health, legal and financial assistance, flexible spending accounts, other wellness initiatives. We take all those separate programs and we put them in one spot, showing each individual only what matters to them and their loved ones. And then we fill in the gaps with a zillion other services to help combat burnout. And I thought really hard about whether or not I should use the word zillion, but I think it's pretty accurate. Our solutions specialists are real life humans who are dedicated to solving problems and making things happen. As long as it's legal, LYLA can help you get it done, so the possibilities are almost limitless.
How is LYLA different?
Employee assistance programs are usually made up of mental health, financial, and legal assistance, and they're much more readily available these days than they used to be, but many companies still approach them with a one size fits all mentality, and they only tell you about them when you're struggling or it's time for open enrollment, so utilization of these programs is super low because most employees don't know what's available, and even if they do, what's out there might not be what they really need. Sometimes the things that are stressing you out the most can't be solved by a therapist. You need a car wash and the dog walked and more hours in the day to take care of family stuff. LYLA is tailored to each individual and will proactively reach out to offer assistance. Even if you're looking at your to-do list at three in the morning, LYLA can take care of all of it while you're busy doing other things and connect you with the best solutions for your specific needs. And if you do need mental health support, our awesome partners at Calmerry can work with you however you want, with self-guided mindfulness exercises, text therapy, or live video sessions.

For employers with at least 500 people, we charge a simple SaaS-based fee based on your population. If you have between 100 and 500 employees, we've absolutely got a solution that will work for your team too. Whether you're onsite, working from home or hybrid, LYLA really will work for almost any company, and the entire program is going to cost less than your annual coffee budget.
