First Stop Health is a direct virtual care company that's been around for over a decade providing standalone physical and mental health offerings to employers across the US, specifically to reduce the two biggest barriers to care, which are cost and access. Now, our founders were two physicians that wanted our core focus to be providing value-based and virtual first care that people love in an accessible, affordable, and delightful way.
How is First Stop Health different?
So, we provide high quality virtual care across the nation that is fast, zero to no cost and does not incur any claims to the plan. Today, our focus of solutions is threefold. We have our flagship product, which is our virtual urgent care. We call this the heartbeat to patient engagement. Speaking to a doctor in a fast accessible way is our first step to getting members into care. We then expanded to primary care, tapping into dedicated resources like a PCP, wellness coaches, registered dieticians, diabetes educators, and benefits experts. These folks focus on lifestyle management, chronic conditions, and closing gaps in care. And then third our mental health. This syncs a member to a dedicated therapist or counselor for things like anxiety, depression, substance abuse. Now we have a 95% client retention rate, and it trickles down to three major areas. Employees use it with insanely high industry leading utilization levels. Employees love it when they actually tap into our doctors and our therapists.
