What is Fairwell?

Well, we've made a change. We were formerly Divorce Right, and because we serve all intimate partnerships where there is no formal legal marriage contract, we are now Fairwell, focused on fair. Divorce is a qualifying life event, but until now, there hasn't been a comprehensive solution. And our solution addresses the often overlooked impact of divorce on workplace productivity, which typically drops about 40% for three to five years during and after their divorce. That productivity loss is directly tied to a long, stressful, expensive process by way of excess absences, distractions, errors, presenteeism, and even resignations. But we can mitigate most of that. We provide expert guidance to help them make wise decisions and to protect their life savings, emotional support through highly qualified coaches, and mediation services for peaceful resolutions with a 25% savings. Our goal is to help employees navigate this significant life transition, while maintaining their professional performance, while protecting their wellbeing and their financial future.

How is Fairwell different?

Well, we provide essential divorce support services that are unavailable in traditional EAP programs. We offer comprehensive, long-term support focused specifically on the process itself. Our average engagement from start to finish is four to six months and averages $5,000 for a mediated divorce. We have a self-paced program that includes a book, a workbook, and a 10-hour video course to help them understand the process, a one-hour onboarding and coaching session to get them focused and ready, and we support them after their divorce is over with our ongoing coaching program.

Who is a good fit for Fairwell?

Our solution particularly benefits professionals in demanding careers where personal stress can significantly impact job performance, high-stress professions like healthcare workers, so think trauma, emergency room employees, nurses, and surgeons. First responders, police, firefighters, and military have extremely high rates of divorce, as high as 75%. But we all know that 50% of your employees will need our services during their career, and we're here for them.
