What is FitPros?
FitPros is a global workplace wellbeing service provider. We provide a range of services virtually, onsite and on demand. Not everyone has the same needs and everyone kind of struggles in their own unique ways, and that's why we believe in making wellbeing accessible to everyone. Our programs are really designed to empower people through things like emotional health, social engagement, professional development, financial fitness and physical fitness. Most importantly, we're here to bring fun back to the workplace.
How is FitPros different?
So sharing a few of my favorites first off, even though we're a global company, we pride ourselves in our hands on approach. That means every client is set up with their own client success team so that we can keep building that momentum in a seamless fashion. This team handles coordination, logistics and communication materials with our clients. We also have a client facing dashboard. So our philosophy here is 100% transparency with our clients. And within that dashboard, they'll have access to all the important data points, KPIs, and all of their session files in one place. Number three is our wellness banks. Many groups have carrier funds that are use it or lose it type dollars with an expiration date. We can actually bank those funds, buy that expiration date and then create custom programs with that client over the course of the next 12 months. For extra credit, I love throwing in the people here at FitPros. I really cannot say enough about them. When you have a team that's passionate about all things wellbeing, it just really creates this unique energy and atmosphere that you can really feel through our clients.
Who is a good fit for FitPros?
Yeah, FitPros had the opportunity to bring our services to many amazing companies around the world. There really is no company too large or too small to work with FitPros, however, many of our clients do fall between the range of about 100 to 1000 employees. That said, anyone who really understands the value of investing in their employee's wellbeing can be a great fit to work with FitPros.
