What is BBP admin?
BBP admin is a third party benefits administration company. We specialize in compliance services like COBRA, FMLA, 5500 and we really do it all. And so we're located, we've been in business for over 40 years and located in the Chicago land area with employees all throughout the United States.
How is BBP admin different?
The main thing that's been different enchanting us is over the years what's occurred on the TPA side is a bunch of acquisitions. And so when I go out there talking to our broker retail partners, I'm talking about service practically the entire time. We have all the cool technology, mobile apps, really cool things for participants to make our products stand out. But at the end of the day we were started by a broker firm and we have account managers and that's no slight on other people out there but our service is top notch. And we also, one of the big things is we don't have any additional add on costs. So we don't have this special sheet that you're gonna have to pay extra for these different things, you know. And the biggest thing that people really like is, although we have our set customer service hours because of the account managers. We're really available 24/7, answering texts and answering emails. So what really sets BBP admin apart is the fact of our service model that we have from customer service to full blown account managers for all of our products.
Who is a good fit for BBP admin?
Well, because we work with the broker channels and they're usually the ones going out and finding you know, the COBRA vendor, the FSA. The perfect fit for us are groups 2,500 and under to do all the service models. The other core thing we're really good at is technology. And we're good at helping customers get to that which lessens the service load for both the brokers and the employers. Just what I quickly mean by that is we take an absurd amount of payroll feeds, HR, HR feeds from you know, human resource systems. And those are the ones that are perfect fit. It doesn't mean that we won't do manual groups. We do train groups to log into our system in order to complete the tasks but our best fit groups are 25 and under that are set up on payroll or HR feeds.
