What is CoAdvantage?
Yeah, so CoAdvantage is a national professional employer organization domestically in the United States with over 25 years of service. We offer pooled benefits, so master plans across the country based off your geography. And we reduce the administrative burden for customers and brokers by helping shoulder the ACA compliance, ERISA compliance, enrollment, eligibility, ad terms, et cetera.
How is CoAdvantage different?
Yeah, CoAdvantage is different because we partner with employers and brokers to, one, keep the commission intact for the broker that might be considering a PEO solution for their customer, but two, offering our own proprietary CoAdquantum technology, by also giving people dedicated service in each area they need support from us, as well as a pooled Fortune 500 benefits package. And so obviously by doing those things, we're able to reduce the compliance and administration burden on the benefits package.
Who is a good fit for CoAdvantage?
Yeah, so for CoAdvantage, brokers that have customers that are struggling with benefits and, or HR compliance. Obviously employers that are struggling with HR expertise, or maybe you have just a general office manager or the CFO's doing all the benefits work. Outside of that, related to alternative options for community rating, and just a little bit more flexibility for folks as it relates to maybe the number of plans or what plans you're seeing in your market. It's a good fit for small and mid-size employers, and common industries we work in could range from hospitality, doctors' offices, technology, startups, special trade industries, manufacturing and engineering. Just to list a few.
