Nivati is an employee mental health solution that helps employees across six different dimensions of wellbeing. Our approach is backed by research from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, and that research proves that people's mental health is affected by these six different areas of a person's life. With self service, employees can guide themselves through different learning paths and utilize tools on their own to improve their mental health. With group sessions, those are gonna be live classes, workshops, trainings, and employees can attend those, and they're customized to each organization. And then employees can opt to work one on one with a live provider in any dimension, whether that's a dietician, a financial coach, a licensed therapist, and about 11% of employees choose to escalate to a provider.
