So Mirza provides employer-sponsored zero interest for mobile care financing. And our first product is focused on childcare. We're addressing the intertwined crises of the labor shortage and the broken childcare system by directly linking affordable childcare to employee retention and attendance. Similar to a tuition reimbursement model, employers use our platform to help their employees pay for care. And then forgive that principle in exchange for retention. Why do we exist?
