What is Triada?

Triada is a national group voluntary benefits provider with avail... availability in all 50 states with more than 25 years of experience and employee benefits with one mission, to make benefits affordable.

How is Triada different?

Well, we essentially wanna talk about two lanes which makes us unique and disruptive in the industry. The first one is we are a self-funded carrier. This allows us to build and customize voluntary benefits for our valued partners in a very short period of time with a speed of market and no need for filing. Number two, Triada's Premier product is GAP+ which allows employers who offer voluntary benefits at little to no cost. This helps to retain and attract employees. Employees have a monthly engagement with a health coach which allows them to have a direct reimbursement directly into their checking account. This is through an incentivized program that Triada administers. This results in a very high level of participation in the program. Employees pick up such benefits as GAP major medical coverage, accident insurance, critical illness, and short term disability usually at a zero net cost to them. GAP offers first dollar coverage on hospital inpatient and outpatient events. It removes the financial worry and obstacles for employees needing care that otherwise would be delayed or put off, leading to medical issues that can now be caught early. GAP+ is great for the employer side too. It offers an immediate gain in a robust voluntary benefit program. The benefits are pre-taxed, so there's also an immediate FICA savings that is realized by the employer. The long term gain is a proven system for population health management that helps to improve the overall employee health.

Who is a good fit for Triada?

Two lanes in this one. Employer groups with 10 or more W2 employees. We don't work into 10 99 space so it's 10 or more W2s. We can work cross industry. The other lane that we are very good at are associations and unions.
