What is Anuvi?
We started Anuvi because a friend of ours got a COBRA notice, and it opened our eyes to this world where everybody involved in the process was unhappy. Brokers were spending time, fixing mistakes from their COBRA TPAs. HR felt unsupported in their compliance, and participants were treated like second class citizens. We thought that wasn't good enough, and we started Anuvi to focus on one thing, and one thing only, which is COBRA and offboarding compliance. That really means two important things for our clients. One, we've streamlined the administration from COBRA, whether it's renewal, client service, attention to detail, all those death by a thousand cuts, we've solved. Two, we're pioneering this new concept called offboarding concierge. We're actually helping terminate employees' way, whether COBRA or exchange healthcare plans are in their best interest, which can turn COBRA into a really strategic option for your agency from a risk reduction and revenue perspective.
