What is Compt?

So Compt is an employee perk stipend software. We operate on a reimbursement model that allows our clients to offer completely personalized perks in over 20 different categories, with the goals being to drive employee utilization and job satisfaction, you know, really, overall employee engagement while they maintain tax compliance. So our clients can set up multiple different stipends on our platform, you know, ranging from professional development, student loan repayment, to more fun things like health and wellness or lifestyle stipends and providing flexibility for employees to take that budget and use it in meaningful ways for them.

How is Compt different?

So Compt is a card-less and a vendor-less approach. As I mentioned, we operate on a reimbursement model and within those over 20 categories, employees don't have to stick to a specific set of vendors. We are also the only perks platform on the market that's 100% IRS compliant and manages taxation for our clients. So our model provides complete transparency for both the admin as well as the employees.

Who is a good fit for Compt?

Really any company that wants to, you know, increase their employee engagement and satisfaction or be more competitive when they're recruiting. We currently support clients in over 60 countries, and their groups range in size from five employees to 15,000.
