What is OpenNetworks?

OpenNetworks is a technology platform where we build custom healthcare networks for employers via direct contracts. While traditional BUCA networks are a black box, we're based on absolute price transparency. Providers offer contracted rates on the platform. Broker consultants and plan fiduciaries use the platform to shop for providers that fit both the medical needs of members and the financial goals of the plan. We handle the provider negotiation, business logic, claims editing, and repricing.

And finally, we believe in a flat-fee model. Unlike others who take a percentage of savings from inflated prices, our incentives are aligned with yours. We charge one flat, predictable per-employee per-month access fee. That's it.
