What is Olavi Group?

Olavi Group provides data tools analytics for advisors, brokers, and startups. And one of the key things we do is benefits benchmarking, and the idea is that benefits are not a commodity. There's Teslas and there's Yugos.

How is Olavi Group different?

What makes Olavi Group different is typical benchmarking is incomplete, it's slow, there's 50 to 100 page PDFs and they may cost $2,500. So it's hard to model, there's too much noise. What this tool does, is it enables a broker and advisor to focus on the key three areas. One is the premium. What comes out of the total cost, including all programs. The second one is the employee premium, which we like to call the first deductible, that's what comes out of everyone's paycheck. And the third one is the plan value. That's sort of the metal value or how rich the plan design is. And so what this tool allows you to do is it allows you to kind of dynamically model that. So whether you're working with a prospect, you can show similar firms where you've implemented strategies to show your premiums are highly ranked, your plan values highly ranked, and you're not taking much out of people's paycheck. And so in the idea of attracting or retaining talent, that becomes super helpful to cut through the noise and focus on what really matters.

Who is a good fit for Olavi Group?

A good fit is any broker that does your self-insured or fully insured book a business. And, we've had people with under 50 live up to 5,000. And so the great thing that we like to talk about is we have a hundred percent gross monthly recurring revenue. So everyone who starts to pay continues to pay. So that's the feedback that we look for.
