Our methodology combines the rigors of science and the innovation of technology to revolutionize member engagement. We do this by using evidence-based programming to help drive awareness and utilization of the organization's benefits, improve members' daily health habits by focusing on aspects of proactive prevention and enhance the overall culture of wellbeing. For the past 17 years, our web platform and full featured mobile app have provided motivation and accountability through healthy competitions, social connections, and well-designed reward systems, ultimately driving long-term health improvement by creating programs people love and want to take part in.
