What is Forma?

Great question. So Forma is a flexible life benefits platform, and we do this on a global and flexible manner. We are an extremely personalized experience, giving employees really fun, flexible ways to be able to, you know, spend money that is within Forma, whether that is, you know, via claims, they have a card that's programmed to those accounts, or they even have a store where they can actually collect discounts, and it's all embedded within Forma. The greatest thing is we're giving employees more, but we're taking even more off of the HR team and the benefits team, so they can focus on other jobs that are more important to them. We've been able to do this and scale incredibly fast, collecting some amazing logos over the last four or five years, and we do this at a world-class experience with great NPS scores and very high CSAT scores.

How is Forma different?

Forma's different because we give employees a ton of customization and flexibility into the ways they want to spend those funds. Like those three methods that I talked about earlier, the car, the store, the claims, but then it comes around to what they can actually spend the funds on. It doesn't matter what stage of life they're in, you know, who they are, where they're from. Whether it's they want to spend the money on their family, wellness, food delivery, pre-tax accounts to, you know, pay down a prescription or even help with some medical travel for, you know, an event that pops up in their life. If they want to go back to school and pay for their learning and development, that's available too. It's all up to the employer, and the employee gets to then choose.

Who is a good fit for Forma?

We define three different buyers within Forma. Whether you have stipends in place, you know, today, and if you have payroll, but it's really bogging you down and you want to automate that and offload it to Forma, happy to take that on for you. Or, you may have a stipend in place today through a different vendor, so you're looking to get, you know, more ROI because, you know, the engagement is low and it's a legacy vendor that you want to see a little bit more modern.
