What is Pathways At Work?

Our mission is to help companies improve employee performance, nurture a culture of compassion, and elevate employee retention, all while reducing healthcare costs. Here at Pathways At Work, we deliver virtual or in-person coaching sessions that are led by a licensed PhD level mental and behavioral health expert. And in addition to our large sessions, our experts dive deep into conversation through our safe space small group sessions. Our small groups allow employees, leadership teams, and C-suite executives to ask those tough questions and to get help with the issues that they're facing.

How is Pathways At Work different?

First, our programs are not off-the-shelf videos or canned presentations. When it comes to mental health programs, one size does not fit all. Our sessions are designed to embody your organization's culture and language. And number two, unlike our competitors who rely solely on social workers for all training sessions, ours are led by PhD level clinicians. And number three, employees don't have to go on this journey alone. All of our sessions are in a group setting to reduce the stigma, and equip employees with tangible tools. We teach breathing techniques, give action plans, and provide worksheets.

Who is a good fit for Pathways At Work?

Any organization that is taking proactive measures to create a culture of high performance and connection in this ever changing difficult world, or when they have experienced tragedy in their workplace. We work with companies whose goal is to instill a positive mental wellbeing into their culture and to teach employees how to manage stress, so they don't burn out and leave. We also help companies who wanna provide awareness, prevention, and early intervention, so their employees don't go to the treatment phase, like an EAP or be admitted to the hospital, which we all know will increase healthcare claim cost. We are not an EAP, we are a supplement to it. Most of our clients range from 500 to thousands of employees, and we've helped industries like oil, gas, engineering, financial institutions, and many more.
