What is O'Eme?
So, O'Eme stands for Open Enrollment Made Easy and the shared goal that we have with our customers is to improve employee education and understanding when it comes to their benefits program. And we are going to really help accomplish this through a multi-channel approach that helps brokers and HR leads cover all the bases. We're all inclusive at one affordable price. So on first base here we have print, text, and email communications. These are going to drive employees to second base, which is their benefits hub. This is the central access point for all things benefits. On third base we have enrollment meeting on demand. This is a comprehensive overview of their benefits program in a controlled environment. It's going to balance education, marketing, and appeal. And then finally, at home plate we have SHERPA. He's a RAG model, AI bot that can reference the benefit plan details of each individual client. He can answer employee's questions and as importantly, if he doesn't have the question, he can summarize the need and push it to the HR or the broker lead. The goal here is to combine human communication with automation and AI to elevate your benefit communication game.
How is O'Eme different?
I really honestly think we're most different, because our offer is all inclusive at one set low price. The goal is to cover all channels at an affordable price point, so HR leads and brokers can smash a home run at open enrollment and with their benefit communications.
Who is a good fit for O'Eme?
We're honestly built for most of the market. 97% of America's businesses have under 500 employees, but we can easily scale much, much higher. Open enrollment season if we're all being honest is borderline abusive and we can make it a whole lot easier. We're not a great fit for Bespoke Benjamin on the left here. Again, the goal is to make open enrollment easy, not come with like multiple revisions and added complexity. We're really designed to help everyone become a little bit more like Action Jackson here on the right. He's completed our intake form in 15 minutes. He's helped make the selections for posters, messaging, website, and the video assets. And we've already sent them a proof.
