What is VIVIO?
If you're listening to this, you're probably one of those people who are wondering about the PBM model because you've experienced it, and you're always wondering about why is it that, every year, we just keep paying more? And the complaints just rack up. So our mission is to solve the real problem that people are having today, which is about the right drug for the right person at the right price. That's the real reason why we pay for drugs. So if you go back and ask the question, "Well, how would we answer the question of the right drug?" Well, the right drug is dictated by the data behind the drug. So it's a data problem. If you go back and ask, "Well, how about the right person?" And then the right person really is dictated by a person's data because different drugs respond differently for different people, and then the right price question is really about pricing data in the market. But they're all data problems.
How is VIVIO different?
So we took all those data problems and said, "Could we create a new model that's an open market model that works just like everything else that we do in life? Do we need to play these games that we play in the healthcare space, or can we simply buy products just like we would everything else, based on what does it do, and how much does it cost where?" And so we built that sort of common sense open market model that says, "You can do this. There's nothing stopping you." And as a result, the product's available in a lot of different flavors, ranging from specialty or medical specialty or replace your PBM. You can buy it in a lot of ways, but the upshot of the model is that it's going to cost you less. As you can see that on the chart on the right, you can see some pricing comparisons on the medical specialty and the self-administered specialty side on the left, and on the right, a PBM model just for self-administered. The upshot is it costs you less if you focus on better outcomes and getting everyone to the right drug for the right person at the right price.
Who is a good fit for VIVIO?
If you're one of those people who is tired of having the same conversations over and over again and going through the same RFP process and getting the same results every time, and that's the conversation you're having, well, then you're probably a good prospect for our solution 'cause our solution is for people who are tired of the status quo and want something different and something that makes common sense. So the product itself, the carve out products work for if you're about 2,000 members and above, and the full replacement products, you know, blow away your PBM, works for about 1,000 members and above. And as you can see, we've got a lot of traction with large companies, small companies, public sector, all sorts of sectors because we focus on the right drug for the right person at the right price.
