Great to be here with you, Chris. ARC Fertility was founded in 1997 because of our passion to increase access to quality reproductive care, and we're doing this through national network with 1/4 quarter of all the IVF clinics in the United States and Canada. Our Concierge Care Navigators provide personal, one-on-one navigation and support, and we have a superior digital platform that results in a net promoter score of over 80, and we have validated superior outcomes. And we can do this at lower cost, 15% less than any others, and 30 to 40% less than major health plans. We do this through discounted pricing, evidence-based care that avoids waste, both in our program and also in the general medical plan, and there's no employee or member per month charge. The employer only pays when an employee actually uses the care. And we're very flexible. We can design a plan exactly for what any employer wants.
