What is BrightUp?

BrightUp is a financial wellness employee benefit solution. It is offered at no cost or for free to employers and in turn, rolled out to employees. BrightUp is an app, both Apple and Android-compatible, and also a web client version of the platform. So anybody that has access to the internet has access to BrightUp. So we are very inclusive in that sense, and our goal, of course, is to serve the end user, or to serve the employee, and to produce a less stressed individual who is more engaged, or highly engaged, and more productive while they're at work, whether that's in an office, hybrid or working fully remote.

How is BrightUp different?

BrightUp is different because of our pillars, what we were built upon, capital, content and coaching. Specifically under capital, our debt consolidation and emergency loan products do provide an 8 to 12X lift for any individual that is using them due to our proprietary underwriting algorithm. When you couple the capital with content, with coaching, that does create the BrightUp trifecta, which is very differentiated in the FinTech and financial wellness employee benefits space. So between capital, between content, between coaching, BrightUp is a white-glove, all-inclusive employee benefits solution that we're very proud of and and love rolling out to employers, and employees.

Who is a good fit for BrightUp?

Chris, as mentioned, all employers are a good fit for BrightUp. It's again, offered at no cost, no risk to the employer. We have organizations on board that have 25 employees, also organizations on board that have upwards of 10,000 employees and everything in between. So we look to target with companies that are innovative, forward-thinkers, care about their employees, want what's best for their employees. Those are the type of organizations that are quick and are early adopters of BrightUp, and they're fun and excited to work with us and in turn, we're excited to work with them. So open to work into all employers that fit within those categories.
