What is Goose?
Well, Goose is a product of Q4intelligence. Many know us as Q4i, but Goose is the go-to online platform for industry professionals and agencies looking to grow. Goose is part learning management system. Agencies are challenged with onboarding, training and sales team development, and we offer an on-demand program to enhance producers' productivity, from rookies to veterans, and the tools range from prospecting support and sales training, to tracking and growth strategies. Goose is also part resource center. Agencies struggle with implementing new ideas and strategies. We provide a library of over 60 templates, planning documents, scripts and workbooks that introduce and explain ideas and strategies, along with the step-by-step instructions. Then we help analyze growth readiness. You can't manage what you don't measure. Goose provides measurement and tracking tools that have been built specific for the industry. The tools range from operational KPIs and book of business analysis, to pipeline health and indices that measure the agency's overall health in four key areas of marketing, sales, service, and leadership.
