What is Strada?
Strada is a global payroll and HR services company with a wide range of services that wrap around best in class HR and payroll platforms such as Workday, SAP, Strada Pay, which is our own IP, and more. We're a longstanding 14 year Workday partner, and in 2023 we expanded that partnership to be go-to-market partners for payroll globally. This enabled customers to procure global payroll for over 60 countries directly through their existing Workday contracts. Strada is the only partner who can deploy, advise, operate, and optimize Workday. And Strada is one of few partners who offer in-tenant benefits administration services. So while we handle the ongoing benefits tasks directly in your Workday tenant, your benefits team is freed up to focus on plan administration and strategic benefits programs.
How is Strada different?
We are different because of experience and that experience matters. Our Workday Benefit services were built upon nearly three decades of BenAdmin delivery. This means we know benefits and we know Workday. We take on the day-to-day benefits tasks, and we also wrap benefits-related point solutions such as COBRA, ACA, direct billing, and dependent verification around Workday Benefits to deliver an end-to-end benefit solution, which allows our clients to have one vendor and one contract. Clients benefit from Strada's point of view, which includes a pre-configured tenant that we use as a starting point for deployments, as well as a curated library of processes and audit routines. Since we operate Workday Benefits for our clients, we have absolutely seen where things can go sideways and we've built this point of view to minimize risk for our clients based on that experience.
