Parasol Health is the front end marketing vehicle and distribution channel for an employee health plan called SPP. SPP was created to both maximize cost containment and optimize member experience. This is done through a third-party administrator partnership as well as creative plan design that yields better than reference-based pricing results. Today we serve over 150,000 employees in all 50 states. SPP was originally created to service the long-term care industry. Today we service many skilled nursing facilities nationwide and many other industries as well.
How is Parasol Health different?
So Parasol Health offers a product that, on average, yields 20-30% savings and creates very limited employee disruption. It allows members access to a national network utilizing one member ID card as well as access to concierge services to assist anything benefits related.
Who is a good fit for Parasol Health?
Brokers, consultants, producers who service groups with 200 enrolled employees or more is a great starting point.
