What is Color Health?

Sure, Color, we've created the nation's first virtual cancer clinic. It's an oncologist-led model delivering proactive care at critical points in a member's cancer journey. Our team of oncologists, primary care doctors, oncology nurses, ensures early intervention to detect cancer sooner, reduce delays in diagnosis and care and prevent ER visits, lower risks, and improve survival rates all while cutting significant costs. It's built on four key pillars, and it starts with accessibility. This includes making screenings and care more accessible with capabilities such as at-home screenings, same day virtual visits, and multi-language support, to ensure ease of access and high engagement. It's being extremely proactive. To change the nature of cancer across the population requires earlier interventions, including risk-adjusted screenings, symptom management, which helps drive better outcomes. And in cancer care needs to be longitudinal, continuous care through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship to create meaningful impact on outcomes and costs. And it has to be cost effective. Not only is there no member cost share for our services, but our approach delivers better outcomes while reducing financial strain.

How is Color Health different?

We're the only dedicated cancer provider among major players, purpose built to transform care. What earns us the right to partner with the employers that we work with is that we boost screening adherence by 77% with at-home tests. We cut treatment delays by months via our medical team and AI tools, and run the nation's only virtual survivorship center led by our experts. We own all of our own services for a completely seamless user experience. We have a 50 state cancer specialized medical group, including oncologists, high risk specialists, PCPs, and more. We're fully integrated with our in-house labs, the medical group, navigation, advocacy, and mental health programs. We've proven outcomes in screening, prevention, and early detection. We have expertise in managing lifestyle and genetic cancer risks, and our COE-level survivorship care accessible to everyone.

Who is a good fit for Color Health?

We work with any employer with 500 or more employees. We've brought on more than 60 new employer customers for 2025, ranging from that 500 employee floor to over 100,000 lives. These groups come from union and labor to manufacturing, finance, tech, hospital systems, energy, airlines, and many others. The reality is cancer is a top spend and challenge for every employer, no matter the makeup of their population, and we see that reflected in the makeup of the groups that have decided to prioritize and implement Color to support changing cancer across their populations.
