Since 2019, we've partnered with over 100 firms and 600 participants nationwide. We help onboard new talent, support junior colleagues, and have a passion for working with industry veterans who are critically important to the stability of any team.
How is GenuineShift different?
Our industry has always focused on sales training and largely ignored client service as a profession. We address that glaring gap. We help client service professionals in any role at any phase in their employee benefits career shift from reactive responders to proactive advisors. This is my 35th year in the employee benefits business. All of our programs are created and coached by industry experts and packed with practical lessons designed to increase confidence while having some fun. In 2025, we're offering both on-demand programming or cohort-based academies. The intro to the Employee Benefits Business complements an agency's new hire onboarding process or internship program and is $500. The Account Manager Academy is a three month cohort that starts in February or May and is $3,000, and the Account Executive Academy has a six month cohort that starts in February and is a $5,000 investment.
