What is TruHu?
Yeah, we created a communications platform that is built to solve the hardest communication problems out there. So take the complexities of the insurance space, for example. Carriers need to get information from the employees, but they're not in front of the population. Same exact thing for a broker, but it can really hurt their ability to educate on the best plan options. And if you're an organization, you might have multiple locations, multilingual employees, or really, employees that still use, like, things like a flip phone. So nothing really seems to work, so we found a way to solve this for the entire ecosystem and make it easy for people to send and interact. And we do this two ways, by offering a robust command center, seen on the left, and we've paired that with a way to deploy to mobile with things like text messaging, landing pages, print, QR, and so much more. We really think of the communication problem as being dynamic, and we wanted to make a platform that could tackle the issue from multiple angles.
How is TruHu different?
Sure, well, for starters, it's built for full-service agencies, so it's not siloed EB or P&C only. This has helped us solve bigger problems and make better client experiences. The differentiator, however, that people get the most excited about is text. We don't require comms to go through an app, which opens up a world of possibilities when it means to engaging the end user. Secondly, we set up the system to be secure if you want it to be, but employees, they don't have to download anything, they don't have to remember a login, and again, communications, it's dynamic. So sometimes it's best to just post up QR posters and let employees self-serve. Third, we do the work for you. I can't stress how big of a time saver this is for a lot of our agency partners, and we bring expertise to the table, which helps a whole lot. And lastly, you know, we've seen agencies use it for lots of different things because it's customizable. So we've seen them use it to direct more traffic to their client portal or ben admin. And on the flip side, we've seen them use it for paper enrollment process or even as their, quote, unquote, "branded app."
Who is a good fit for TruHu?
We're a good fit for anyone, but there's two things to look for. First off is how complex is the problem? So a lot of employers, 50-plus, we see a lot of activity there, but that doesn't mean that that's necessarily the case. And secondly is going to be, what does the workforce look like? So the deskless workforce, for example, has really been left behind, under-invested in. Slack, Teams, Zoom, things of that nature really haven't worked for them, so we find a lot of activity there. But if you want to make it simple, if you have a group that you want to engage that's hard to reach, we can help them.
