What is LYLA?

So, LYLA provides a reimagined, tech-centric employee assistance program that integrates existing benefits, LYLA benefits, and more. Our mission is to improve the employee benefits experience, maximize existing benefits, improve utilization, and improve the employee experience and their wellbeing.

How is LYLA different?

A big differentiator is that we are not a typical EAP. LYLA maximizes existing employer sponsored benefits to serve as a friendly front door for accessing current benefits, and utilizing LYLA's partners, such as, childcare, legal, travel planning, and more. We also provide a 24/7 personal assistant to relieve the stress of everyday life by stepping in and taking care of employees' needs from start to finish. Lastly, LYLA offers a LYLA wallet where employers can reward employees for performance, birthdays and spiffs. The wallet is much like an Apple wallet, and allows LYLA members to utilize these funds to pay for vacation planning, childcare, and much more. We also integrate FSA, HSAs and dependent care accounts to ensure that cost savings is a top priority.
